Technology in language teaching is not used for its own sake. unless EFL teachers have clear objectives of using any technological devices there is no guarantee that they would add to the effectiveness of their language teaching practices. Discuss some of the guidelines that EFL teachers should consider when using technology in their langauge classes.

Also, the teachers can use computers to improve reading ability about their students by give them a text and they should read the text then go up for high levels. In addition, the teachers can help students develop their writing skills by using computer programmers in their study.

Language teachers using technology for achieve their objectives. When they want teach the students writing skill. For example, the teacher should use some technology to achieve his/her objectives. In this skill the teacher use word process because this program has ability to show the spelling and grammar mistakes, so this kind of technology can achieve the teacher's objectives. For example,

Also when the teacher wants to teach reading skill he/she should use some technology that will help him/her to achieve his/her objectives. For example, use power point presentation that will help him/her. By using this technology the students should be able to:-
-Read fluency without any mistakes
-Learn a new vocabulary
So, in the general the teacher should use technology to enhance the student’s ability and achieve their academic. Also, to facilitate and makes more opportunities for free and democratic. At the same time supple and enhance instruction and complete the teacher performance.
The teachers should not use technology when these technologies replace teachers or the students. At the same time, if the content becomes more complicate for the students or the content focus on instruction itself. In addition, don’t use technology when become limited resources for the students. In briefly, teacher should use the technology for complete his/her teaching and develop their students’ ability.
I'am with my sisters with them dicusstion about five applactions that the teachers used with their student in the classroom.

Also, teachers should use technology that is suitable with the lesson. For example, if they have lesson about poetry, teacher should search the song in the internet if there is. For example, teach them how to can learn English by chat with other people. Teacher should consider the student ability. For example, if teacher did PowerPoint as example for technology she/he should consider the ability of students because some students don't understand if they teacher use color and font not stable for her/him. So, student will not learn if the font and color is not good for him or when font and color make the power point not clear.

I think the teacher should not use technology if he/she feels that don’t complete his/her teaching. And he/she feels that lost the time and it's making boor for the class. Also, I think web application are more benefit than non web application because the communication become more between the teacher and his students.

ردحذفTechnology has the potential to enhance students'achievement and assist them in meeting learning objectives, when used appropriately. Away from tradtional classes and moving to newtwork based classes that allow communications beyond classroom
walls. Moreover, it enables learning communitites to provide an environment for cooperative learning, develop thinking skills and solving complicated problrms. In addition, technologies proivde unique, effective and powerful opportunities for different types of learning environments.
The use of technology in our classrooms requires careful selection, planning and evulation of its expected performance. So teacher should not use technology in
a haphazard way, but looking forward to maximize its benefits in each classroom. I haven't ever thought of such a wired idea till today, which I believe that teachers are expected to show high responsiblity,
fairness, honstey and guide their students to use technology in classrooms saftely. So their role involves duiding students to use technology in the best to enhance their learning.They can't expect well performance without puting their personal efforts to
use technology in classrooms.
It would be good start to discuss guidlines that EFL teachers should consider when using technology in language classes.
1. It is the teacher responsiblity to analyize the benefits of denendency on technology in a classroom. Students won't have the ability to decided whether to use a type of technology in their classes or not. They only konw show reactions.
2. Asking for students' permission, will show politness when posting individual work on the Internet.
3.Teachers have to learn how to use technology to make their teaching better than it would be without it. To be
more clear I will consider this example, (A) is a teacher who learned how to use computer applications with the goal of mastering the technology. It is a good skill to develop but still he should learn how to use these
application to aid him in explaing content of the lesson. Personally I believe that it is important for teachers to recieve appropriate training focuses on integrating types of technology to make lessons better
rather than learning technology to acquire
technological skills.
4. "Nothing is so powerful as an idea whose time has come." this statement would directes teachers to choose the appropriate technology tool in the appropriate time. Using it when there isn't need to do so is waste of time.
5. Teachers are not advised to complicate content instruction or become the content focus of instruction itself.
6. It would be useful to Replace complex language goals with more simplistic "learn technology" goals.

Teachers would go to the right direction by asking themselves some questions regard using technology in their classes, e.g. What technology resources are available for me and for students, What are my students capable of doing and handling with regard to technology?, What are my goals and objectives as a teacher for my students? and how can the technologies enhance my ability to reach these goals and objectives?
8. Teachers are not be replaced with technology or pedagogy. He/she is the one who monitor the useage of technologies in the classroom.

12. Teachers have to provide a variety of options for demonstration of learning,by adding Internet-based activities, PowerPoint, Web page presentations, and other technology applications .They are Successful ways to motivate all students.
13. Use technology in a way that reflects your own way of teaching based on your students educational level. But don't apply someonelse ideas that might not be suitavle for your class.
14. Teachers have to emphasize issues of equit and diversity of teachnologies in their classrooms.
15. Teachers as well as students need to be critical consumers of technology, who question and refelect the best times and ways to integrate technology.
All in all, because effective use of technology must be supported by significant investments in hardware, software, infrastructure, and professional development, we as future teachers have to educate ourselves and don't be recipiants of information but participants in teaching/learning process.

ردحذفUsing Technology in classrooms in or in classroom activity is really a critical issue and a cornerstone nowadays givin the fact that Technoloy is envaying every single aspect of our lives especially in the workplace, in the education fields, at hospitals, etc.
One of the most useful ways, in my opinion, is the one we were asked to establish earlier, which is the personal blog, here the student will be acting normally,without the need for any kind of preparation or readings except the knowledge and skills he/she has as a person or as a student.
As I see, using these kinds of blogs will not necessarly help the student be active and creative while only being at the university, but it also goes far beyond this humble outcome, it walks step by step with the learner -either he/she is a teacher or a student- not only to develop[ his/her writing skills but much more and more outcomes such as:

building self-worth, self-confedence, self-
fulfillment, self-respect etc.

Playing an important role in the development of once's society in particular, and the advancement of the whole, Arabs, Muslims,and mankind at large.

Providing Excellent writers whom goals are different as a result of being different people, with multiple knowledge, skills , backgrounds, cultures, etc.

Providing successful members in the society who are able to handle any kind of work even any critical issue regarding their different societies.

This facility that can be used rather than the ordinary presentations used now. I'm really looking forward to learning this valuable facility since it is so beneficial and worthwhile.
As educators we have to try to create an atmosphere of interaction, focus ,fun and interest among students in order to make them able to understand the lessons easily. To make this, we must diversify or change the methods that we use to explain the lessons from time to time; for example, using Internet or any other types of technology in our class, but there are many guidelines that EFL teacher should consider when using technology in their language classes.
ردحذفFirst, as I think teacher should not use one kind of technology in the whole class time because the students will feel tired, boring, and some of them will not understand the lesson correctly. So, the teacher should use many kinds of technology like electronic board to explain the lesson for them first or use PowerPoint and data show, and then give them the opportunity to use computers and internet to do the activities and practicing.
Second, teacher sometimes can find some students who can't deal with technology. So, in the beginning of the year she/he must teach and help them in how to use these techniques to make students be accustomed and familiar with that.
Third, some of students didn’t like to deal with internet or computers, so I think that teachers should encourage students by make other student who likes using computers to help them while they are working together, and that also can make cooperation between them.
Fourth, using technologies in class are not limited for the teachers only. students also should participate by using technology like electronic board, blogs, internet notes, PowerPoint, dictionaries, and ect. either for homework or class works.
In the conclusion, these are some guidelines that I was able to find. As I mention before; there are many types of technology that the teacher can use during the class time. Teachers have to control the technology which is used in their classes and they shouldn’t let it controls them, as technology is just a tool of learning .
There is no doubt that using technology in EFL class will be effective in some way especially nowadays and if the teacher himself know how to use it effectively First of all, teachers must consider that student will understand if they use any type of technology I mean he /she must not use complex type which is not understandable. Second, teachers must encourage students to be active while he /she are using this technique. Third, students themselves must be part of this technique and teacher can decide if this technique is useful for student and if they can understand better when teacher use it, then the teacher must improve using technology during class room to be as part of teaching. 3. Is this application suitable for the students abilities? Is it on their mental ability level .. or should he use a higher or a lower one?
4. Is it easy for the teacher to use this kind of application in his classes and how the students can learn it is by themselves or he should teach them how to use it, and what is the time boundary of teaching them this applications.
I think these are the important things that the teacher should consider in how to use Technology applications in his EFL Classes .
TECHNOLOGY is the practical application of knowledge in a particular area . So I have felt that many times teachers use technology without actully exploring the real relevance of what they are teaching . Using technology just because it is a trend does not lead the teacher to a successful and effective class .

Assigning an online job for students like those will let them live a horrible experience and make them hate the idea of learning, that’s why the teacher should always interact with the students to see their technical background. Another factor that teachers have to consider when using technology is the teacher’s continuous feed back to the students. For example. When a teacher creates a blog or a website, the teacher has to follow up with what his students comment on the blog and provide feedback continuously and guide them so students don’t miss up each other’s’ ideas and drift away from the main opened subject. One of the main points of using technology is to grab the attention of the students and turn of the boredom of the classroom. Teachers who uses technology find technology very effective in grapping the attention of their students and that made their learning a very effective experience that resulted positively of the students.

Fifth, teachers don’t limit the technology for the class access only and try to give students web sites for independent access to practice and improve their ability in the language.

Finally, I think it is important that both of teacher and student that accept the application or technology during the study process because it affects them in a negative way ..

Also , there are several technology to add in the class as video converance ,it help teacher will make inviroment with important teacher and friends to show student how to make vonversation with people . all this objectives can make ideal classroom and clear lesson for whole the student
